At Mazens Paintball, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, used markers or opened paintballs cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused item back in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship Your Gear

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect your return to verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
